Have a Trunk to Offer?
We are looking for businesses, organizations, or families to host the “Trunks.” As this is a free event, we are prohibiting the sale of any products during the event. This event will provide a safe place for local families to trick or treat.
This event is free to both vendors and community members. As we have limited spaces, applications will be selected on a first come first serve basis and at the discretion of staff.
Your “trunk” can be simple or elaborate. Consider your trunk as the stage on which you will perform in your coordinating costume with fun scene settings and props. Non-food treats include pencils, pens, erasers, glow sticks, bracelets, bookmarks, stickers, notepads, bouncy balls, and fake tattoos. Please remember that this is a children’s event and all displays and promotional items should be kid-friendly. Please have all trunks decorated and staffed by 5:30 p.m.
• Candy will be provided by the City
• No scary trunk displays or costumes will be allowed
• All car trunks and treats will be inspected before the event begins
• An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event
